The Krampus camps out
about this time of year.
When the snow snows down all around
and the land is, supposedly, bathed in cheer.
While many slumber like lumber
waiting a jolly arrival
and general merriment
to mark the season's festive festivities,
some cower in fear
because they know the Yule Demon draws near
and no one can help them,
soothe them, or even shed a tear.
